Wake up, drive to work (or walk across the hall), sit at a desk all day, eat at the table, watch TV on the couch, go to bed. Sound familiar? I would bet that sentence sums up a day for ~75% of people in our country, and it isn't even their fault. Our world is catered to us, everything is at our fingertips. Which is great for a lot of things, but it can also have its negative effects. According to the CDC, just 24% of Americans meet the standard for both cardiovascular and muscular fitness. The CDCs standard is muscular and aerobic training is twice a week. That means that the vast majority of the US population would see significant improvements to their health and fitness with small tweaks to their daily life.
There is SO much noise around what you should and should never do, when it comes to your personal health and fitness. It can get really confusing (and annoying) when one person says the gold standard to grow your chest is barbell bench, and the next person is saying you should never even think of touching a barbell.
This is where I come in, my role is to cut out the noise. I will work with you to define clear goals and create an action plan that you can fit into your routine, without uprooting your life.
